I recently read that Walmart laid off a large portion of its pharmacy staff. Another WordPress blogger also a pharmacist experienced the same thing about Kroger pharmacies.
This is a huge patient safety issue, and the smaller the staff inside the pharmacy, the more likely the pharmacy can be robbed. While I don’t condone these actions from corporate pharmacies, I do want to help those affected find fulfilling careers within the field.
